These terms apply to all event coverage by Parapluie Studio. They cover the Silver event package and any custom event coverage. Events are priced by base coverage time plus hourly extensions, with a fuel surcharge calculated by distance. Editing is not included by default for events. By securing your date with a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.

Secure your date with a non refundable deposit of USD 50, payable within 24 hours from booking. Unpaid deposits automatically cancel the booking. Events booked less than one week ahead require full payment at booking.
Cancel with at least one week's notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with at least one week's notice and we move the deposit to the new date. Cancellations or reschedules requested within one week of your appointment forfeit the original deposit and require a new one.
Full payment is due after you select your final photos on the day of the session. The deposit is deducted from the total. We accept cash or Whish Money in USD or LBP at the daily exchange rate. No images are delivered until the balance is settled.
Outdoor sessions take place at a location agreed upon during booking. Please arrive at the agreed point on time. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may shorten your shoot. 30 minutes or more may cancel it. Locations with limited daylight windows cannot be extended past sunset.
Event coverage runs 2 hours by default. Additional time is available at USD 80 per hour, agreed in advance and added to the booking. We do not extend on the day without prior agreement. Setup and breakdown time is not counted toward coverage time.
The host is responsible for ensuring access to the venue at the agreed start time, including any building permissions, parking arrangements, and a working power outlet within reasonable distance. The studio wardrobe is not used for events. We arrive 15 minutes before coverage start to set up.
The host confirms that all guests being photographed are aware that an event photographer is present. We work discreetly and avoid pressing for posed portraits if a guest declines. Group portraits should be scheduled and announced ahead of time so we can hold the moment.
Personal recording is not allowed. We film a short 3 to 5 second teaser of every session and offer paid reels on request. Insisting on filming may lead us to pause or cancel the shoot.
Event photos are delivered unedited as high resolution JPEGs via Google Drive within 7 days of the event. Editing is not included with the base event package. Edited photos are available as an add-on at USD 1 per photo, agreed before delivery.
Since events are delivered unedited, the standard correction process does not apply. If you select photos for editing as an add-on, you have one day after edited delivery to report mistakes. Corrections cover errors only.
We can optimize files for social media by resizing and repositioning the logo at USD 1 per photo.
Parapluie Studio owns all photographs. The host and named guests may print, share, and post them for personal, non commercial use. Unedited event photos delivered without the studio logo do not require attribution. Edited photos carry the studio logo and follow the standard image use rules. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area.
Your details are used exclusively for booking and photo delivery. We never share them with third parties.
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control. This includes weather changes, location closures, third party access restrictions, and any incident occurring on a location not under our management.
Event coverage outside Brasilia Baabda includes a fuel surcharge calculated at USD 1 per kilometre from the studio to the venue. The surcharge is added to the package total and confirmed in writing before the event. Events requiring overnight travel are quoted separately.
