What this is

An honest offer.

Parapluie's casting is straightforward. We invite selected applicants to themed sessions we are planning. You sit for the frame, we shoot and edit, you receive professional photos. The studio uses the work for our portfolio. Nothing more, nothing less.

How it works

Four steps.

Submission to session is rarely fast. We plan shoots ahead, and we only contact you when one we are working on matches your profile. The slowness is intentional, not neglect.

Submit a profile

Fill the form below with your details, a few clear photos, and a short selfie video. Honest, recent images. No filters.

We review & hold

Profiles are kept on file. We do not write back to acknowledge each one. Submissions are reviewed when a relevant shoot is planned.

We reach out

If a shoot fits, we send a WhatsApp message with the concept, date, time, and what to expect. You can accept or decline freely.

The session

You arrive at the studio in Brasilia Baabda, we shoot the planned concept, and edited photos follow within the standard delivery window.

Know before applying

Common questions.

What people most often ask before submitting. The application form below covers everything we need to consider you for our roster.

All ages, genders, and body types are welcome. No experience needed. We cast for the kinds of work we shoot most: maternity, fine art and editorial, children, families, and apparel. Children's applications must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
No. Our standard casting is portfolio work. You sit for the frame at no cost, and we deliver edited photos to you afterward. The studio uses the work for our portfolio. Paid commercial work is occasionally cast separately, with rates discussed directly when relevant.
Recent, natural, and unedited. Soft daylight near a window works best. We need to see the real you, not a heavily filtered or polished version. A few face photos and a few full-body photos are enough.
The video is optional but strongly encouraged. A 15 to 30 second clip helps us read presence, posture, and movement. A mirror selfie or someone filming you walking is perfect. No need for choreography.
They are stored privately by the studio and only seen by the team during casting decisions. They are never shared with third parties or published anywhere without your written consent. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing hello@parapluie.com.lb.
We contact you directly on WhatsApp if your profile fits a shoot we are planning. There is no fixed schedule, and it could be days, weeks, or months later. We do not send rejection messages, so being on file is the equivalent of being held for the right shoot.
Yes. Children aged 4 to 12 are welcome for our children's portraiture and family work. Applications must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, and the guardian must be present at every session. Photos for children's casting should be everyday photos, no styling.
One application is enough. If your look has changed significantly after a few months, you are welcome to submit a fresh application with updated photos. We keep the most recent submission on file.
