Secure your date with a non refundable deposit of USD 70, payable within 24 hours from booking. The deposit covers the concept call before the day and reserves the studio or location for your session. Unpaid deposits automatically cancel the booking.

Cancel with at least one week's notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with at least one week's notice and we move the deposit to the new date. Cancellations or reschedules requested within one week of your appointment forfeit the original deposit and require a new one.

Full payment is due upon confirmation of the session, with the deposit deducted from the total. We accept cash or Whish Money in USD or LBP at the daily exchange rate. No images or reel are delivered until the balance is settled.

Please arrive on time. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may shorten your shoot. 30 minutes or more may cancel it. We do not have designated parking, but there are plenty of spots next to the building.

A fine art session is 30 minutes of capture time, preceded by a short concept call before the day. The session covers wardrobe fitting, lighting setup, and shooting one signature frame. We do not extend on the day. The pace is intentionally slow.

A fine art session uses one wardrobe piece and one setup. The piece is chosen during the concept call and may come from the studio wardrobe or be brought by the sitter. Outfit changes are not part of the fine art format. Personal keepsakes that fit the agreed concept are welcome.

Only those being photographed may enter the shooting area. Extra friends or relatives can relax in the lounge where complimentary hot drinks and water are available. Everyone entering the shooting area must remove their shoes unless the shot requires them.

Personal recording during the session is not allowed. A 30 to 60 second edited reel is included with every fine art package and delivered within 3 to 5 days of the session. The reel is filmed by us during the sitting and is not subject to revisions beyond minor cuts.

Edited high resolution images are sent via Google Drive within one month of the session. The slower delivery reflects the time spent on the artistic touch in post. The reel is delivered within 3 to 5 days. We ask that you do not request delivery earlier. Raw files are never released.

You have one day after download to report mistakes. Corrections cover errors only. Other edits cost USD 1 each. Extra fine art images are available at USD 70 each, edited and delivered digitally and in print. Additional retouching beyond the standard artistic touch is quoted separately.

We can optimize files for social media by resizing and repositioning the logo at USD 1 per photo.

Parapluie Studio owns all photographs and the artistic touch applied in post. You may print, share, and post them for personal, non commercial use without altering, cropping, or removing the logo. The fine art finish is part of the work. Re-editing the delivered files removes the artistic intent and is not permitted. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area.

Your details are used exclusively for booking and photo delivery. We never share them with third parties.

The fine art finish is interpretive by nature. Final tones, atmosphere, and the artistic touch are decided by the studio in alignment with the agreed concept. Specific edits requested after delivery beyond mistake corrections are quoted as additional retouching. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control.
