Secure your date with a non refundable deposit of USD 50, or USD 70 for fine art packages, payable within 24 hours from booking. Unpaid deposits automatically cancel the booking.

Cancel with at least one week's notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with at least one week's notice and we move the deposit to the new date. Cancellations or reschedules requested within one week of your appointment forfeit the original deposit and require a new one.

Full payment is due after you select your final photos on the day of the session. The deposit is deducted from the total. We accept cash or Whish Money in USD or LBP at the daily exchange rate. No images are delivered until the balance is settled.

Outdoor sessions take place at a location agreed upon during booking. Please arrive at the agreed point on time. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may shorten your shoot. 30 minutes or more may cancel it. Locations with limited daylight windows cannot be extended past sunset.

Your package time covers theme selection, dressing, shooting, and photo selection. Staying within this timeframe helps us keep other appointments on schedule.

Outdoor sessions are best with outfits brought by the sitter, suited to the chosen location and season. The studio wardrobe is available on request, with one piece included and additional pieces at USD 10 each. Outfit changes on location are limited by available shelter and the time agreed upon for the session.

Only those being photographed may enter the shooting area. Extra friends or relatives can relax in the lounge where complimentary hot drinks and water are available. Everyone entering the shooting area must remove their shoes unless the shot requires them.

Personal recording is not allowed. We film a short 3 to 5 second teaser of every session and offer paid reels on request. Insisting on filming may lead us to pause or cancel the shoot.

Edited high resolution images are sent via Google Drive within 14 days, up to 30 days for fine art packages. We ask that you do not request delivery earlier. Raw files are never released.

You have one day after download to report mistakes. Corrections cover errors only. Other edits cost USD 1 each. Extra images are available at USD 35 each, or USD 70 for fine art packages, and are edited and delivered digitally and in print.

We can optimize files for social media by resizing and repositioning the logo at USD 1 per photo.

Parapluie Studio owns all photographs. You may print, share, and post them for personal, non commercial use without altering or removing the logo. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area.

Your details are used exclusively for booking and photo delivery. We never share them with third parties.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control. This includes weather changes, location closures, third party access restrictions, and any incident occurring on a location not under our management.

All outdoor sessions include a fuel surcharge calculated at USD 1 per kilometre from the studio in Brasilia Baabda to the agreed location. The surcharge is added to the package total and confirmed in writing before the session. Sessions requiring overnight travel or multiple locations are quoted separately.
