These terms apply to all gender reveal sessions at Parapluie Studio. They cover the Golden gender reveal package and any custom reveal setup. The session is photographed and filmed at the studio with both pink and blue setups available, ready for the moment when you announce. By securing your date with a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.

Secure your date with a non refundable deposit of USD 30, payable within 24 hours from booking. Unpaid deposits automatically cancel the booking. Both pink and blue setups are prepared in advance regardless of the actual gender, so the moment stays a surprise on camera.
Cancel with at least one week's notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with at least one week's notice and we move the deposit to the new date. Cancellations or reschedules requested within one week of your appointment forfeit the original deposit and require a new one.
Full payment is due after you select your final photos on the day of the session. The deposit is deducted from the total. We accept cash or Whish Money in USD or LBP at the daily exchange rate. No images are delivered until the balance is settled.
Please arrive on time. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may shorten your shoot. 30 minutes or more may cancel it. We do not have designated parking, but there are plenty of spots next to the building.
A gender reveal session runs around 60 minutes from arrival to selection. The reveal itself is captured in a single take to preserve the natural reaction. Build-up portraits, the reveal moment, and post-reveal celebration photos all fit within this window.
One outfit is included with the gender reveal package. Additional outfit changes are available at USD 10 per person. Personal reveal props such as balloons, confetti, smoke, and announcement signs are welcomed, but must be safe to use indoors. Open flame and outdoor-only smoke are not permitted inside the studio.
Only those being photographed may enter the shooting area. Extra friends or relatives can relax in the lounge where complimentary hot drinks and water are available. Everyone entering the shooting area must remove their shoes unless the shot requires them.
A 30 to 60 second edited reel of the reveal is included with every gender reveal package and delivered within 3 to 5 days of the session. Personal recording during the reveal moment itself is not allowed, so the surprise is preserved on our cameras. Family members can film build-up and post-reveal moments freely.
Edited high resolution images are sent via Google Drive within 14 days of the session. The reveal reel is delivered within 3 to 5 days, in time for the announcement post. Raw files are never released.
You have one day after download to report mistakes. Corrections cover errors only. Other edits cost USD 1 each. Extra images are available at USD 20 each, edited and delivered digitally and in print.
We can optimize files for social media by resizing and repositioning the logo at USD 1 per photo.
Parapluie Studio owns all photographs. You may print, share, and post them for personal, non commercial use without altering or removing the logo. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area.
Your details are used exclusively for booking and photo delivery. We never share them with third parties.
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control.
