Secure your date with a non refundable deposit of USD 20, payable within 24 hours from booking. Unpaid deposits automatically cancel the booking.

Cancel with at least one week's notice and your deposit is refunded. Reschedule with at least one week's notice and we move the deposit to the new date. Cancellations or reschedules requested within one week of your appointment forfeit the original deposit and require a new one.

Apparel sessions are priced per photo. The base package includes the agreed number of photos, and additional photos are charged at USD 15 each, or USD 5 each if the model's face is not shown in the frame. Full payment is due after final photo selection on the day of the session. The deposit is deducted from the total. We accept cash or Whish Money in USD or LBP at the daily exchange rate. No images are delivered until the balance is settled.

Please arrive on time. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may shorten your shoot. 30 minutes or more may cancel it. We do not have designated parking, but there are plenty of spots next to the building.

Your package time covers theme selection, dressing, shooting, and photo selection. Staying within this timeframe helps us keep other appointments on schedule.

Garments are brought by the client, pressed and ready to shoot. The studio is not responsible for steaming or ironing on the day. Pinning and styling on the body is provided. The studio cannot store or hold garments before or after the session. Damage caused by the studio during the shoot is replaced or repaired up to the value of the garment.

Only those being photographed may enter the shooting area. Extra friends or relatives can relax in the lounge where complimentary hot drinks and water are available. Everyone entering the shooting area must remove their shoes unless the shot requires them.

Behind the scenes filming and additional video is welcomed and quoted on request. We do not record without permission. For team or agency setups, please share a shot list and any video requirements at booking so we can plan time accordingly.

Edited high resolution images are sent via Google Drive within 10 days of the session. Files are delivered web-ready and print-ready, sized for e-commerce and social. Raw files are never released.

You have one day after download to report mistakes. Corrections cover errors only. Other edits cost USD 1 each. Extra images beyond the package are available at USD 15 each, or USD 5 each if the model's face is not in the frame, edited and delivered digitally.

We can optimize files for social media by resizing and repositioning the logo at USD 1 per photo.

Parapluie Studio retains the copyright on all photographs. The clothing brand receives a commercial use license for the delivered images on the brand's own channels, e-commerce, marketing, and advertising. Modifications such as cropping, color correction for screen versus print, and integration into design layouts are permitted. Resale to third parties, stock licensing, or use by an unrelated brand is not permitted without written agreement. The model retains image rights to their likeness as agreed at booking. We will always ask before showcasing your images on our channels.

Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e cigarettes, and vapes, is prohibited inside the studio. There is no smoking area.

Your details are used exclusively for booking and photo delivery. We never share them with third parties.

When the brand publishes the delivered work on social channels, we ask that Parapluie Studio is tagged as photographer where the platform allows. The studio logo is not required to remain on the image. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety but are not responsible for events beyond our control.
